Greetings fellow high heel lovers. I've been off dealing with life, I hop in periodically but haven't really been around long enough to get involved in a discussion.
.
BUT as it happens, I was searching my file archive today and came across some of the pics I had posted back in my Lit hey day. And I promised JustPlatonic I would post some of the heel ones when I found them.
.
Since I don't know what this site is like with pics anymore, I've been judicious in my selection. One that has my favorite pair of platforms and one with a classic pump.

Thank you Vic - I admit I loved taking them back in the day. Love both pairs. The pumps went with everything and I wore them clean out.
.
But the platforms? Oh my, I found them in Avondale in North Miami in Dillards. And as it happened, my size was on display. Now I have a difficult time with shoes that fit, never mind shoes that fit and are comfortable. Maybe it was because people tried them on and put them back on display, but very rarely did I put on a pair of shoes that fit that well that quickly. I took them out to the counter to buy them, the checker said, "let me see what number it is so I can pull them from the back." I replied, "Oh no, no no no. I'm buying THIS pair. You can pull a new display pair from the back."

I think I might have stopped traffic on Collins Ave in this outfit.
