i've tried Texas Pete's Hot Sauce, a jalapeno pepper, and toothepaste. Delicious. The feeling of the pepper didn't last long though. i did enjoy it the best. The good thing about the peppers is that you can choose how much heat you want.

Gonna try the fizzy alka seltzer next neonflux. Thanks for the suggestion.

Rexfelis...i think i might have figured out another way to make cuffs but i don't know if it will work or not. It involves velcro as well. i will use this idea if mine doesn't work though. Thanks.

Oops, been busy and missed this...sorry. OK, first buy some cane offcuts...I got mine from a cane furniture manufacturer in Oz who was more than happy to sell me any amount i wanted at a reasonable amount. I chose to buy it skinned and in thicknesses of 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm. I had them cut it to around 1 metre lengths. Once you get it home, soak the lengths of cane in a bathrub of water for around a day if possible, then take out and dry them. It is important to find a way to keep them held straight when drying...I used several rubber bands along the length to strap mine to a broom handle until they were very dry. You then need to cut them to the length you want....most of mine are around 1 metre or just under...before sutting try them out for swing first to see if one end is better than the other for flexibility and comfort, as well as check for any weaknesses in the cane which could result in snapping or splitting.

Once cut, get some coarse sandpaper and begin sanding the cane to a very smooth finish....this may take some time but I found it very relaxing. If you wish you can also sand the cane tips to a nice rounded shape. Using a finer sandpaper you can sand it to a nice finish making sure there are no rough patches or splinters. Once that is done you can varnish them with a good varnish which allows flexibility....can be clear or coloured. I hung mine by fine string to dry.....messy. I will attempt a cord or vinyl/leather handle one day, for time saving I used tool grip which you buy in the hardware in a can and is a latex liquid which you either dip or paint the handle with, once again hanging it to dry smooth. It is wise to try the cane for swing before deciding which end to make the handle. Once completed, all that is left to do is to find a willing and cooperative behind to try it out on...or volunteer your own if that way inclined.

You're welcome. I am thinking my next project will be making some velcro cuffs with quick release clips. I have finally located all the materials I need locally, so just need to find time. My calculation is they will be a miniscule of the cost we paid for the sets we bought.

I had to laugh when I read that.

I would just make a new one when you get wherever you're going. Broom handle and two eye screws can't be very 'spencive. Superglue may be good, but it's not that good.

Or failing all else, would you need to take off much to make it fit diagonally in your suitcase? Might be a solution even if a little smaller.

A visit to Wal-Mart with My one always results in the purchase of items to be used in our bondage play.
For instance, in the automotive department, one can purchase a well-made spreader bar. Oh, they sell it as an item meant to be hung between the hangar-hooks in the back seat of a car and on which one can transport entire closets-full of clothes... but WE know it's true purpose!

On the Folding Spreader Concept...

Have been working on a designe, for both folding spreader and folding stocks, and have not had the impitus/drive to complete it. (am between doms at the moment)

As far as other items made, have completed a plethora...
filled a toy box and more, though most at the moment have been gifted away.

Paddles, Tawses, and something I called TIGER, with a T handle and eight paralel dowles 20" long... I called it a Rod Paddle. I have also done hand carved wooden Dildos and Butt Plugs. No, splinters are not a problem, they get coated in Clear Epoxy, making them water proof, dishwasher safe, and long lasting. Have given three of these away, one as a wedding present.

As far as house hold items re: Play is concerned. I will tell you a story. I went to Haulover Beach (Fortlauderdale FL nude beach) for the first time, and had so much fun, I failed to track the time vs. my sunscreen... and ended up with a MAJOR sunburn Everywhere on my body. And I had a friend who went out and got me some of the Aloe Gel, with cooling lidocane. I was so happy to see that blue gel, and started on my shoulders...wonderful. On my chest, Great. On my balls...tingling...on my butt...quite chilly. On my pucker...OOooouuuuuuuuuuuaaaaa! By now the balls have gone from "Tingiling" to "Diped in Arctic Bay in January" and I have come to realize that Lidocane is great, in most places.

You can send it via UPS....we get guns via ups so I don't think a spreader bar would really cause a problem....and I dare you to tell the UPS man what you're mailing..hehehe

hubby & I had one of our carry on's dumped after it went through the x-ray machine.
I looked at hubby & smiled a very evil way & asked the security guard if he dumped my toys out to get some ideas for the boyfriend later on. I then picked up the nipple clamps & the strap on harness & asked him which one excited him more.
I was requested to re-pack my carry on as quickly as I could as they were holding the plane's departure due to our "unfortunate detainment". The rest of the passengers were on board & didn't get to see the problem we had, although I am quite sure the other flights had quite a topic of conversation !!

Sorry... I have made a few leashes, attempted a whip, made a couple of very nice floggers, braided some cords for "collars", made a few blindfolds & one strap on harness for myself made of deerskin so it is very soft against my skin.
