I answered Party, although I guess to be fair we did meet on the internet...sorta.

She is a part of a circle of friends that I get together with at least twice a year for a party, and chat with often. However, she never came to the channel, so although I knew of her and she was mentioned so often I FELT like I knew her, we only talked a few times before I met her at a party. It was an instant connection that took me YEARS and quite a few intense scenes at parties, tons of emails and talks, etc...to realize was more than just a friendship, but actually a deep d/s desire on both of our parts. It took me a couple of partners to realize I was meant to be hers and realize that she WANTED me as hers, but she was patient and it was more than worth the wait We have just started our journey together as Domme and sub, but the relationship has been building for quite some time and to be honest, I wouldn't have had it any other way.

Gosh, it was only 20 "official" days into the relationship (I accepted her collar 5-3-04) when I wrote this, and now it's been over two years. Made me smile and feel all warm/fuzzy.

Anyway, there was this one odd chick that was kind of a dork (in fact her screen name even had dork in it) I got abandoned with in that room. We talked and flirted a bit. I've posted my story before, but I'll do it again. I met B. on CollarMe. I kept being drawn back to his profile over and over for some totally inexplicable reason. Finally, I emailed him. We exchanged a few messages on CM before moving to Yahoo messenger. We discovered that we'd grown up less than 20 minutes apart, in neighboring small towns, and, while we knew many of the same people, we'd never met. I was at school, but when I went home for spring break in March, we met. I don't believe in love at first sight, but I think I came closer that day than I ever have in my life. He collared me in July. In less than two weeks, we'll have been seeing each other for a year. It's been bumpy as hell, but I love the silly thing, so I think I'll stay around as long as he'll let me.

She was in the second "class" of trainees, and we were brought together in one room to help us all finish training. The moment she walked in the room, we locked eyes a moment, and before we ever got any further, she looked down and avoided my gaze. Kitty and I went to school together in a tiny little county school. We had about 800 people in K-12 (yes, all in the same building). So even when we didn't hang out, we knew each other. Anyway, we played softball together, and my senior year (her sophomore year), we became really good friends. We actually "got together" when I was a freshman in college, and she was a junior in high school. That was four and a half years ago. I've stayed with her for three times as long as I've ever stayed with a man.
