I get migraines... I hate them....

Luna, my advice is to drink a goodly amount of water.. you need to make sure you are hydrated... take some aspirin, Excedrine works well for me, and lay down in the dark with a cool cloth on your head...

Am attempting to do two of the three...but this migraine is dizzying and so the laying down is not working. (I can not take aspirin...causes projectile vomiting.)

Anyway, my writing is finished and so I shall log off and try to sleep.
