How do you post pictures?

Is there a way to post pictures from my photos on my iPhone?

The following is how I got the pic posted:
manage attachment---choose file (from my own stored pics)---the yellow mountain.

Now the question is how to remove the link below. (I tried several times to remove it by deleting it in 'attachment' (at the bottom of 'user control panel). Then sometimes the pic disappears sometimes it stays for some days)

You really can't get rid of the link... like you said, the item just up and disappears. You can do the same thing with an image that lives elsewhere and you won't have that link at the bottom.
