How do you unwreck yourself after a scene?

And I don't know for sure, but it could be that the more you play with someone, and get use to their ways, any sub drop might ease up. I could be wrong about this, and only someone who has played continuously with the same dom could chime in here and answer that.

I didn't experience sub drop a lot. However, it happened more with someone I knew and who knew me quite well. We were together for 3 years. I experience sub drop when it's a combination of heavy play (whether it's impact or something like face fucking) AND mind fuckery. Sooo - it really worked that my partner knew how to get in to my head and what buttons to push.

what sort of mind fuckery? I ask because I could use ideas but also because the mind games were always a strong part of play that I enjoyed, but that play would result in sub drop or whatever the dom equivalent would be.
