That’s a problem. Too many husbands are hung up on their wives sexual past. If she has a high number, they’re put off. Meanwhile there are husbands like me that wish my wife was getting regularly railed bu a number of men. Both before me and through out our marriage.

That isn't the point at all. We all get to make our own choices (men and women). If men want women to be honest and forthright about our choices then they need to respect that choice.

Therein lies the problem. Men frequently do not treat women's choice with respect. Not all men and not all the time, but enough that we must be wary all the time.
