How often do you give and receive oral sex?

I give oral to my wife in just about every sexual interaction we have. It’s as much for my enjoyment / need to as it is for her. She doesn’t give oral nearly as often but when she does! She has some sort of tongue trick that I have ye to figure out but I literally can’t keep myself from losing it when she’s does it!
