I think people need to try different toys. Figure out what works for them. You say you didn’t like Lelo. An ex of mine swears by them. To each their own. It’s what works best Ethel one using the toy.
If you like clit stimulation. Maybe try a clit pump. It makes the clit more sensitive. Or maybe try the Hitachi wand. It can be had with an attachment that hits the clit.

Tenga products are Great! I started with eggs. I have maybe a dozen and I have "worn out" about the same . Don't believe the one and done. I have several with too many episodes to count.
