How would You keep the attention of a submissive with ADD/ADHD

Another thing we agree about.
I think it's a catchall diagnosis, that gets used to sedate children who actually need more free time to burn off their energy-- or to brush off far more serious problems.

Yeah, a scheduled run around the school would do wonders forsure...

ROFL That's actually very true, ADD or not! :D

A family friend was diagnosed with ADHD when he was about 6, and he was a poster child for the disorder. His family moved to a small farm, and his doctor told the parents to medicate him during school hours and to just let him run the rest of the time. It worked wonders!

My son is borderline, and I've tried to assist him with the same behavior mods that I learned (always keeping the meds in mind if he progressed). Something he developed on his own was running after school. In the summer he would run up and down the block (with parental supervision) and other times he would run around our U-shaped house. He's 20 now, and for the last 5 or 6 years he's been taking run-walks to blow off steam. He alternates his paces and is usually gone for more than an hour, just him and his MP3 player. He comes home and does his homework and is much more focused. Honestly, it impressed the hell outta me when he started. If someone asks, he says it's just something he needs to do.

The way to fix it is to be always switching it up, and always be sure there feeling it and if absolutely need be make sure they are on there prescribed med for this problem and that you start going at it a little bit before it kicks in
