I think part of the "fear" of learning that your significant other is bi depends on where you fall on the gay-to-straight spectrum. My wife is tragically straight. I can't speak for other women but I consider myself to be pretty open minded. I do believe that while sex for some has an emotional component, sex can also be just sex. No emotions involved, just the pure act of making each other feel good. There is a difference between sex and love. With all that said, I don't not believe in cheating on your partner.
