There's one benefit of being accustomed to the GB.

Plus I believe that even when someone is banned, it's only their current nic that gets the chop. I don't think there's anything preventing PG from picking up another transparent alt.

I imagine if it were considered serious it would mean banning through their IP address, not username, and possibly handing it over to the law to follow up if considered life threatening.
