I got accused of plagiarism

I only have 5 chapters to my story My Brother's Ghost posted. I haven't been on this site long enough nor posted enough material to be accused of anything but being slow. Kant

Sometimes I toy with the idea of posting a story in LW just to see what would happen. Then I come to my senses.

LOL. I confess, I did exactly that with my Happy Birthday to Me stories. Was mostly pleasantly surprised and honestly - those are the stories that get me the most offline emails and requests for the next chapter - and a lot of readers that first read me in LW moved across to read my stories in First Time and Interracial, so that was good exposure.

On the other hand I picked up a troll or two who consistently seem to give every story I post a 1* rating - I surmise this because it's visible early on when I first post a new story and I can see the hit to the ratings and it only started after I first posed in LW. Doesn't worry me - it all averages out in the end and hey, more readers is more readers....

I love the comments from the trolls on LW - the guy that calls me a gook slut just has me giggling. I'm sure that's not what he intends but honestly, if I didn't have a thick skin I wouldn't have posted a story there to start with. I was warned before I started. Some of the critiquing is actually quite good - some is just opinion, and in LW, opinions seem to be strongly held.

So it all depends what you're looking for. Me, I enjoy the comments and feedback in that category. But I dunno, maybe they just go easy one me....
