Actually that was a reference (the savaunt thing) to another movie that was about codebreaking... forget the name of the movie (it had Mercury in the title... mercury rising or something) with Bruce Willis in it. Was about an kid that could break codes by just looking at them. He was an idiot savaunt.

not sure why I thought of that movie just after thinking about the enigma machine. Cus you'd think I'd think about that movie that just came out recently about the U-boats and the american crew that captured one of the engima machines (U-571? or something like that).
