It really does take a lot of courage to change how you present yourself to the world. The protocol in Canada requires a person to first live for 2 years as a women. Hormonal therapy will naturally produce a more feminine body including boobs and fatty tissue around the upper thighs, even softer skin.

Boobs is a matter of taste. As long as the person exudes confidence, in my book, she is pretty.

My girlfriend is all natural but she wants breast augmentation. That’s ok - it’s her body.

Sometimes I like to dress up with small breastforms. If I had transitioned I think I would have been happy with whatever hormone therapy would have given me. I feel the same for breasts on others. I love the person, and the body comes along with it. Personally I'd rather have tiny breasts rather than large ones that can be uncomfortable in any way - too big can make some activities difficult.

I prefer *some* boobage, but don't care for the over the top double Ds, triple Ds, or larger than some get. Someone with B or C augmentation is perfect, IMO. Having said that, the flat-chested look works as well if there are other feminine qualities to the body.
