Don't have the tools or facilities for that. And don't want to bulk up, just tone and trim.
I do what lifting and carrying I can instead of using carts, even if I have to make several more trips. The flab is in the gut though, not so much in arms and legs. So, with that in mind, I try to do bending and twisting to work that area.
Bulking up is really really hard. Look at athletes like Rhona Rousy or any number of tennis players. They need strength yet they look really good. Strength training can help give you that toned look. Again, bulking up is very difficult.
