The text of Project2025 is very mealy-mouthed. For example, in the section on 'Education',

Enforcement of civil rights should be based on a proper understanding of those laws, rejecting gender ideology and critical race theory.

Obviously there is no definition of 'critical race theory', so whatever the objection it can be disregarded. The entire thing is as disingenuous as Trump's denial. You'd have to be dimmer than the average poorly-educated MAGAT to believe him.

Interpreting the above line as the MAGATs have done consistently, all mention of slavery and the involvement of the Confederation will be deleted from public school education.

So in the same period as Americans have notably failed to vote for a black President (Trumps support collapsed by 3 million votes, and the Dem vote by a far greater amount), the proposition that America is racist is defined as 'false', no argument.

Educators should not be forced to discuss contemporary political issues but neither should they refrain from discussing certain subjects in an attempt to protect students from ideas with which they disagree.

There we have it, the Government Thought Police in your schools.
