Impeachment of Trump was “Unconstitutional” and fraudulent!

The impeachments of Mr. Trump we’re not unconstitutional. Impeachment is a political process and nothing in the Constitution prohibits silliness. Both impeachments were constitutional and both properly resulted in acquittal.

Withholding exculpatory evidence from Congress that would have turned the trial upside down, is illegal, and violates due process and is thus unconstitutional, regardless of GreenFaces Mayorl Proclamations!

It was political process, not a trial in a court of law. Constitutional rules of due process don’t apply in congressional political proceedings. The Senate can make any rules they want. No statutory standards were applied, and no criminal or civil penalties were at stake. The only question was whether or not the President would be removed from office. He was acquitted in both cases, but even if the second impeachment had resulted in conviction, he was already out of office.

The Constitution does not prohibit political theater. Trump is fine. Nothing happened to him. No fines, no jail. He’s playing lots of golf and is living a life of luxury.

The impeachment was a political ploy used by Pelosi and her corrupt minions to falsely influence the 2018 midterm elections and it worked, it worked so well they attempted a second impeachment. No doubt the Dem party is corrupt to the core but nothing unconstitutional happened.

The Mueller investigation I believe will be found to have been initiated under a false pretense and precedent where exculpatory evidence was withheld and will be found to have been unconstitutional right from the get go. The bureaucrats within the DOJ were totally corrupt and complicit.

So it was what we witnessed, a kangaroo court!

Directly quoted.

Not that hard to figure our but I guess you would have a hard time figuring it out.

Well, you were talking about things unrelated to me, so just assumed you were calling someone out.
