From my personal experience, your only other option besides taking my word for it involves a few hundred pounds of C4, a few dead people and a few more injured people so I'd go with Option A for you and I'll be eternally thankful I got Option B.

I'm doing great Lady Dreamer. I've had several professionals tell me I've done a very good job integrating the experience and that's why I can talk about freely whenever something shines a light down that corner of the gray matter.
To this day I am very happy I saw What About Bob before long before I was given a seat in an explosion therapy session.
