Good advice. I am a light sleeper and often wake up between 2-4.
I have recently enjoyed trying deep breathing excercises. Super deep breaths in and out. Usually this gets me back to sleep in 30-45 minutes.
What is certain to keep me up is reading my phone, so I try not too.
