Why the fuck did I wait ten years between office chair purchases?

A month ago, my boss sat at my desk for a few minutes. When he got up, he said "You have the worst chair in this whole fucking building. I'm ordering you a new one."

Flash forward...new chair. My life has change. I sat in it for like 5 minutes and said "This is how the rest of you have been living this whole damn time?! Fuck all of you!!!"

God. I love that chair.

How do people post so much??
I can scarcely make 5 posts a day but it's pretty common for me to see somebody who joined in (arbitrary example) March this year with >3000 posts! so...25 a day?
Maybe I've got a really slow metabolism and it affects my sociability.

If you post pictures (as in "links to pictures you've found elsewher"), and make a new post for every picture, then the counter will be spinning faster than the ventilator in a Nevada loo.


If you on the other hand put a bit of thought and soul into the posts and sometimes spend time away from the keyboard, it is a bit slower to rack up the numbers.

Quality tops quantity, I agree. It is easy to rack up more posts in game playing threads, as is the case for the person I mentioned, but not much of that is worth reading. It's just a different focus, I suppose.

This would be me. The first part. I would say, however, I put a bit of thought in to pictures I post. Not necessarily my soul, though.

One of my food pictures on tumblr was marked NSFW. ;; I like and don't mind their new policy because I think it's quite necessary, but seriously, the only controversial thing about the picture is that it's labeled "low-carb." I requested the status be reviewed a few weeks ago and it's still labeled inappropriate. I suppose people do need to be protected from portobello mushroom pizzas.
