I do wish I had discovered this thread much sooner. It's also very refreshing to hear that the two of you found common ground with which you could relate. I agree with nearly everything said here and have never understood why those are considered offensive. Usually helps when one is in control and moving at a time. The other can add little undulations while enjoying it.. a coordinated effort reaps wonderful benefits.
