I actually do know where a vagina belongs (right here, baby! )...and am aware that Penii are not as large as depicted either (at least not on me ). I was basing my sketch on conventions of traditional Japanese Shunga (erotica), which do take liberties with anatomy. I fully understand how that aesthetic is not appealing to everyone.


PS. if I had been voting I might have voted for Dolf's... EXCEPT a dragon's organs are suppose dto be on the INSIDE of the body

The poetry board has two mods under the name The Poets. I am one of them, and I removed your thread from our discussion circle forum. We have strict guidelines in that forum. I did not move your other thread in the regular poetry forum. The other mod may have. Art now has a thread about it. I will leave it there, but the other mod may not.
Honestly, the best way to handle a thread like that is to invite the poets to view the images and vote, then suggest that they write a poem inspired by one of the images. That way everyone is happy.

So, we have people who are impatient for the next contest? Well, I'm out of the loop on that since there's something of a chance that I might be contemplating the thought of maybe considering to join the next one.

I guess that if an overwhelming majority up and decided to openly declare a winner for this contest based on the current number of votes, then that winner could begin the next contest at his or her descretion.

But, really, would that be fair to all the entrants?

That was a thought, but having all the artists participate all the time could be get pretty tiring. Letting them compete for the respit, and choosing the next secret ingredient, seems like the better idea.

But again, if everyone would like the change ... ?

Wow the feedback back and voting was better than what i had expected, so really looking forward to the next one.

I voted for Dark Glasses (what you didnt vote for yourself?) i am a fan of oriental erotic art and this one really fit the bill. It wouldn't suprise me if there was a fan out there with a similar design, damn naughty asians .

SensualCealy gets my second vote as i really digged the simplistic look of it all, nice smooth lines and great curves to the drawing.

On the next round of the contest if the winner should be then allowed to pass on his powers to someone else to think of a topic so she/he can join in. Just my 2 cents.

Great work everyone, just sorry circumstances made it impossible for me to take part - this time.

It's a very difficult decision, all the pieces are very good, and so very different, but in the end, I went with Butterfly. I loved the softness and subtlety of the tones in the picture, and the unusual take on the secret ingredient. Well done. That's a picture I'd be very happy to have up on my wall.

Congrats to everyone, can't wait for the next challenge.

That's a great attitude, but you're far from the biggest loser no matter what the votes say. I employ a very minimalistic style as well, and my work typically gets very little in the way of good reviews because I rarely do a lot with it. I do what I'm happy with and that's about as complicated as it'll get.
