Am I the only person in the world that think a butt plug is pain enough... I would rather have the sandpaper....

Long distance runners frequently are plagued with nipple chafing. I'm not sure how you would go about setting that up, but I can tell you from experience, it is very uncomfortable.
A butt plug can't be worn all day, the lube is absorbed and you risk tearing the ling, plus it can be difficult to remove. And then you have her hygienic needs during the day.
I tried the tacks on myself and it's not the effect I'm looking for. I actually had to push the tacks into my skin and then they were more annoying than painful. I took my stapler into the bathroom and same thing, once they are in, they are not painful.
I do like the idea of a spike, short, fat and pointy, but not sharp enough to pierce the skin. I found a small glass pyramid I had and it worked very, but if you looked carefully you could see a lump on the top of my boob.

If you can find a wooden handled hair brush with very short stiff bristles all round, when the handle is inserted into the pussy the bristles do really interesting things to the soft flesh inside of the thighs.

Well, it can be squirmy painful instead of ouchy painful, right? Hi Stella, Can you go longer with the coconut oil? If so, that sounds like a great option. Between Sir and I we only have Pyrex butt plugs, they are the only way to go. Metal might be fun because of the added weight.
You're right, she's probably not going to poop more than once a day. But I am thinking of weekdays, while she is at work. She doesn't have a private bathroom. Maybe I am being too empathetic, but she would have to go to the bathroom (with lube in hand), remove the plug, clean any residue off, set it somewhere, do her business, wipe, relube and reinsert.

They did have the desired effect, after a while the pain lessened, but never went away. Lots of options. A pair of stiletto heeled boots one size too narrow (or two sizes depending) should do the trick. Or how about a tight corset or waist cincher. She'll look sexier too so you would be killing two birds. Butt plugs work well. You could play with temperature extremes. Make her wear something skimpy in winter and multiple layers in summer.
