Thanks Roman I appreciate that. That kind of thinking is usually what straightens me up. I do have a tendency to focus on the negative. I was driving one day and almost missed the most beautiful sunset in my life so immersed in my misery was I, certainly when one lives in one's head too much, much in life is missed.
