I wonder if there will be a baseball season this year? I have not followed their dispute so I am not sure what both sides are fighting about. Seems like both sides were making a lot of money under the old contract so not sure why either side would be unhappy.
Part of the dispute is get more money for minor leaguers. They get paid crap while the big stars get obscene amounts of money. I'd like to see salary caps like the NFL for more league parity. Dodger, Yankees and other rich teams plunder smart market teams and I think makes for an overall less exciting product.
Yeah, it definitively makes it harder for small market teams like Baltimore to be competitive though I think Bmore has ownership issues too. I don't watch sports too much anymore. Between the politics and the obscene amount of money the top players get I have just lost interest. I went to a "Redskins" pre-season game a few years back and it was ridiculous. Parking was crazy expensive, the view from the seats was obstructed, the food was expensive and terrible. It was just a bad experience any which way I looked at it. Will never do that again. The Nationals is a better experience but still way too expensive. I do watch the LPGA but that is because I like to see attractive women.
Not much celebrating here. We went out last week ... I think that we have to wait at least 4 months before we are allowed to go out again. Aren't those the rules now?!?

Is the parade in Baltimore? I have not been to a parade in years. This weekend is suppose to be warm so will get out and play some golf. Bingo is tonight so hopefully I will be able to yell "BINGO" and win a couple of dollars.

Nothing specifically planned here. Got a lot of small things that need doing. My birthday is the 18th, so I'm planning on going out of town that weekend. Just haven't fully figured out where yet.

Have not been to OC for a few years but I always loved Seacrets. That is a fun bar.
I have never been to the distillery. I have never been there during the summer when you could hang out at the tables in the water, that looks like fun. Looks like a fairly warm day here so hopefully it will be a nice day at the beach. Let us know if you see any talent on the beach.
We typically go to Ocean City, but this summer we are going to Deep Creek Lake. Fingers crossed for some fun!
