Medical examiner: No 'traumatic asphyxiation or strangulation' in George Floyd death

She should be fucking studying her Chinese...

I have no idea who she is or where she lives, but it wouldn't surprise me if she was in NZ, foreigners are always sticking their noses in our business and our political issues, as if they had a clue about what the hell is going on.

You're 'enjoying' a conversation about someone dying slowly and painfully? Ok ... have fun with that.

Yes, enjoying a conversation does not imply that the topic is a pleasure.

You must be performing this 'stupid act' on purpose,
because very few really are all that...

She's been here a long time, very much a hater of the US
and very much a parser and "debater" in the mold of
BotanyBoy without breaking up the points, preferring
instead the lengthy convoluted screed with the
obligatory follow-up, "I didn't say that!"

Autopsy is usually completed within a day or two after a death, the final results of the toxicology report may take four to six weeks or longer.

I suspect these will be the fastest tests in history.:)

And that's yet another point, the timid behavior will then turn to
the temerity that demands the US taxpayer to fund the
rebuilding of the areas they let burn...

Potential intoxicants? What kind of autopsy doesn’t find intoxicants if they’re there?

Yep, sounds like a true lefty.;)

I reserve a special spot in hell for those who
rail against my country and flaunt their
precious free speech from behind
the protection of our Navy...

We MUST be doing something right or they would be a lot more polite.

Did I say polite? I meant "constrained."

Just a little side note, but I personally never thought he had died of asphyxiation. If you can say that you can't breathe, it means air is able to get through. Might be a decreased amount, but you're still getting some. I was more concerned about blood flow to the brain as the carotid arteries were affected by the pressure from the knee. I would be curious to find out if there were signs of a stroke due to lack of blood flow.

Good post.
First cause (assumed)
is not final cause (proven).

What I have not seen mentioned is that one cop wasn't holding Floyd down but three cops. One was holding his legs while another was holding his hips while the third cop had his knee on Floyd's neck. I also saw that the cops took him across the street and around the corner from where they took him into custody. I could not figure that out.

LMAO. I might actually use this as my signature.

The cops were being threatened by the crowd. They were trying to control the scene.

The crowd, in this case, was right to be objecting to the treatment of a cuffed prisoner who was under physical duress. They needed an ambulance, not more cops.

The Hennepin County medical examiner said that George Floyd had recently used methamphetamine when he died, and also found "fentanyl intoxication."

The findings are likely to further enflame the protests and riots about the death of Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police officers on May 25. Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, who was videotaped kneeling on Floyd's neck for nearly nine minutes, was charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter.

The updated report was released on Monday and quickly circulated on social media.

Dr. Michael Bader said, "he died of asphyxia due to neck and back compression that led to a lack of blood flow to the brain." He was dead before they put him on the stretcher.

Who is the Minneapolis Police Chief and why is his or her department teaching these horrible techniques?

Republicans are just as guilty as Democrats are, in escalating the situation.

Democrats are excusing the looters and vandals and trying to sow discontent between races (equating the Amy Cooper incident with George Floyd)

Republicans with their "What's the problem? They're isolated bad apples, we're just as upset by the two murders so let the Justice system do it's work."

It's so inept, it's starting to look funny.

First the "don't listen to doctors, the virus is a hoax" and "wearing masks is fascism"

Now this. When it's all on tape.

"Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death."

Another COVID-19 death then.

An already stumbling around mess of meth fentanyl and all that habitual criminal hate and anger against others (violent enough to steal rob and hold hostage others at gunpoint, multiple times) the latest official autopsy release says Dead Boy Floyd was also a definite corona carrier.

Seems like I've read in this thread someone already allude to something like that.

If it wasn't his habitual, violent criminal past karma catching up with him, maybe karmatic justice served itself deadly cold to George for the crime of corona carrying in public without a mask?

Its actually not on tape since its digital.

I keep asking peeps who are certain just from watching the tape that the knee definitely killed Floyd, how much pressure do they estimate was that knee applying to George's neck throughout the entire almost 9 minutes.

The most relative answer yet is "enough". Almost everyone else asks the typical clueless question "What does that even have to do with it?"

It's truly amazing.

Everyones an expert at determining the cause of death just from watching a cell phone video and no one has the slightest idea why pressure would have anything to do with it.

You just cant make that depth of stupidity up.

So what do you think cinnefille? Youve already convicted by cell phone video. How much pressure was that knee applying to George?

Remember the initial county medical examiners report said the knee didn't kill George. If true what does that suggest about how much pressure that knee was applying?
