I donated to her campaign early on. She's smart, articulate, and conservative, a real American. Tim Scott made history as well.
For at least half a century, the party of Lincoln has battled charges that it is racist, sexist and anti-immigrant.
Today, voters from a conservative state made those arguments a little bit harder to make.
I've never doubted that Republicans will vote for a black person whose major shtick is dumping on other black people. Herman Cain proved how much you all CRAVE those characters. When actual black voters start electing black Republicans, it will be a milestone worth noting.
Now, let's look at this electoral juggernaut. She won by 3 points in an offyear election in Utah, despite unusual amounts of publicity and perks like the Republican convention speaking slot. Not only does that not really suggest great political skills, it suggests she might have trouble holding this seat in 2016, when there are more people voting.
But I do agree that considering she's the modern day equivalent of J.C. Watts, we probably will be seeing a lot more of her.
I just noticed something else from the OP:
She is a black woman under 40.
That’s all that matters.
I thought conservatives HATED this sort of thing?

So you're just learning about how stereotypes fail? That's neat.
you know you've taken a wrong turn in life when you find yourself having a friendly conversation with a dumb fuck like busy body.
What stereotype would this be? The one where conservatives accuse Democrats of only supporting Obama because he's black, while simultaneously admitting that the only interesting thing about their mediocre freshman from America's most conservative state is her ethnicity?
I'm just saving this for when I need a new forum signature.
ISIS yourself

You realize how dumb that is Considering the leader of the free world is a 2 time winner, right?

Lots of butthurt at Lair's place today.
Irrelevant to my post. This mandate given to the Republicans last night is to stop Obama and his agenda.
I have no officiated election results to prove that that happened a second time.
