I like to trim , so the hair doesn't get out of hand.

Trimmed. I find it cleans things up. No stray hairs all over. Looks nicer, easier to keep clean and smells better because it’s cleaner.
 
I had the same as you with a large landing zone of trimmed hair in front. That front patch was the worst for getting pulled out. That might have been to hernia repair scars but whatever it was, it was rough getting that removed.

What he said was true but people’s hair is attached at different levels and pain tolerance differs too. Maybe get the twig, berries, crack and cheeks done first as a trial then decide if the full pumpkin patch gets the agent orange affect

I HATE hair and find as I get older I shave more and more. I have fully shaven my genitals for well over twenty years now, long before it was the cool thing to do. Now, from the neckdown I am without hair. We do have an indoor pool so I do swim a lot which is part of that, but mostly it is just because I hate hair.

I cannot predict the future of course, but I think in the coming years it will just be what most men do, kind of like now where it is very rare to have a lady not shave her sex. Men will inevitably shave their genitals by the vast majority of the population, and who knows, start shaving the rest of them too.
 
I shave completely regularly, I just love the feeling of my soft, smooth skin inside my soft bikini underwear.
