Nevermind, I figured it out. She's holding a pot and collecting her tears.

I imagine it says something more about us that I also thought she was hanging from an earring, but when you look again it's clearly collecting tears

It's an interesting picture, and there is so much going on. I keep glancing back at it, and each time I see something new. Very cool!
