The trouble with being this far south is that when we do get snow, it doesn't take much to shut everything down. They just have no contingency plan to deal with any of it.

Aye, can understand that... My one brother is in Va Beach and they only have four snow plows total for the VA Beach / Hampton Roads area... The schools were shut down for a week and a half I think with the recent snow fall.

*pours her drink over a tumbler full of ice*

I'm just glad that the snow is gone from my road. It's like a huge vertical W and I live on one end of the W at the top. I was afraid to go down the first hill while it was covered in snow and ice. I could have ended up in the creek bed at the bottom.

Weary and ready for serious drink and conversation of the adult variety, I give Angel and Theri both long warm hugs and gentle kisses upon their cheeks. I give Glad hearty claps of his shoulder and make my way to the bar for libation. Seeing everyone is already reloaded I take a long drink and them top off before returning to the conclave of great minds.
