Sorry, got caught up in the change out from swim practice and making sure hubby was ready to leave for his business trip tomorrow. He's riding his Harley to Texas cuz he's going to be there for so long and has decided to leave at midnight so he can stop by and see his folks in TN along the way.

He grins at her as he reaches up to lightly stroke through T.hyri's hair, letting his fingers toy with it gently. It has been really good, actually. I broke out the grill because the weather is so good, and barbecued some chicken, smoked with hickory flavor. It's awesome.

That does sound good. I managed to look longingly at my grill, but had no meat to cook on it. I ended up having fettucine instead. But I have the feeling we'll be having more nice days soon.

Theri,.. thank you for the explanation. Sounds like mom just needs a big dose of "shut the fuck up." I'm pretty sure that even without a lawyer there's not a court in the land that would let her "revoke" guardianship once the facts are known. I'n glad to hear the boy is willing to sleep in the room himself, it may be weird for him for a night or two, after living in a hotel. but I'm sure he'll adjust and adjust in a very posative way.

*Hugs tight* Thanks HF, I tend to agree that's what she needs. Hopefully he'll adjust and things will all work out. If a little issue with sleeping alone is the only problem either of the kids have, it will be a miracle with all they've been through.
