Well, while we were in Drafting school together, the school decided to turn it into an associates degree program. My friend wanted to get the degree, but he was worried that it would require taking an English course.

I told him that it was no problem, that all he'd have to do was take a CLEP exam. For fifty bucks test fee, all he'd have to do is get a passing grade and it would count instead of paying for and taking an entire course. He wasn't sure he could do it, but I finally convinced him to take the chance.

So the day for the test comes and goes and I finally get to see him again afterwards only to find out that he was upset with me. It turned out he failed the test. I was astounded. I said to him, "How could you fail an English test, you've been speaking, reading, and writing it your entire life!"






His answer: "Yeah, but I'm from Alabama!" :D:D:D:D:D

*nearly melts at that term and gives her a telling look* tricksy pixie. * then giggles as she finds a cushion on the floor and gets comfy* i am doing pretty good. a little nervous. I start pilates for beginners tomorrow morning. looking forward to it but i know i am going to be so sore! and not in the good way i like! lol.
