Pilates is a lot of fun... My hubby and I did that a couple of years ago with a private teacher. I'd still be doing it if she hadn't moved to Washington. Awesome workout, although I doubt you'll feel sore until Monday or Tuesday.

No I haven't... I will have to check it out as I loved how my core felt when doing Pilates. Of course it would piss my hubby off that I could do planks better than him (former Marines don't like to look weaker than their wives I guess).

Instructor had to explain that my style of planks were harder and hence a better work out than the form he favored.

It's great. she has structured monthy work out with corresponding vids on youtube... she is fun and not the glam threatening type fitness instructor that makes ya sick to look at. in shape but not in your face, you know? i really like her.

why hide? It's all in the posts for everyone to look at. Never feel ashamed sweet thing about what pleases you. We are all different and we all have different kinks to ourselves that aren't what some people usually do. Never think what you desire is wrong, or un-natural to want. I think you both are right. My eyes are just about closing all by themselves. *Passes around kisses and hugs.* I don't think it's allergies. I've started having a few headaches, and have noticed some cloudiness in my pee. It might be time to go back to see the kidney doctor.
