i am actually doing it on my own and i decided to take it back even more and do what the owner of the site/ video instructor has titled 30 day challenges. it starts small like 5 reps each (10 on the arm workouts) and builds you up by one each day. also she starts you out with like 3 per area then adds one more each week. so today want pretty good. my thighs are unhappy with me for the dside lunges but otherwise it went way better than yesterday.

as for your shoulders, honey it is called sesame oil. a little of that stuff makes it a lot easier to get a good long rub in! makes the skin soft too! *smiles*

Sounds good. Slow and steady leads to rock star abs. I'm trying to start my T25 regime, but after this evening and my medicinal rum... I think I'll wait until tomorrow.

And Illi... I'm the original one wine cooler woman, but I gave up Diet Coke in October for my son, so I have nothing to mix up with. Makes it easier to get the toes numb... Just have to remember to sip. I'm more a gulper.
