Walking into the cabin instantly see's the poor girl, fuming he marched over carefully cutting her bindings. Wrinkling his muzzle removing the panties from her mouth, held between finger and thumb drops them in the trash. Getting her up from his chair escorting her to the door, grabbing the note from the cape sending her out. Writing on the reverse of said note. ''I am not into treating females like this, and I do not need you doing it for me.'' Tacking the note to the cabin door, growling deeply he storms out without a word.

it was the 1st day of the beginner work out and i couldn't get all the way through it. i only managed to do 1 up up down down. lol. i think i need to backtrack and start smaller. lol *pants and smiles* i am fine though. just was not prepared for it to be THAT intense for so little impact.

That's the awesome thing about Pilates. Most of the exercises aren't really that hard to do (well once you get past the learning curve for each phase), but my goodness do you see results.

Agreed! The first month of those suckers, I'd hit a stick point mid roll thanks to the girls, but we eventually powered thru.
