Good cuz I didn't fall asleep until midnight and then got woken up by my son at 2:15 and my alarm clock went off at 4:30, so I'm not sure I'm firing on all cylinders at this time.

Hey guys... just popping in to say hello. Has been a crazy weekend equally busy weekend. Kids and I are out of town as we joined my cousin and her family in a hear walk. Her son was born with CHD / other defects so we wanted to show our support.

Yes normal crap for me, plus a little just tired. Not really tired of lit but backed off on some of my involvement elsewhere on the boards.

Lasagna sounds wonderful... went to a barbecue yesterday so I'm having to be good today since I allowed myself to indulge more than I normally do (especially since my workouts are limited at the moment cuz of a shoulder injury).

I get another business trip to California in two weeks, which is as close to a vacation as I'll get until closer to Thanksgiving and even then it will be a stay-cation. But anytime off from work is nice.

Not bad...agreed, any time off from work is great, and if you get to go somewhere, even better
