Mischief Makers - Reborn

Jeez...5-0 now and bases loaded...at least Cleveland is leading the series at this point.

I turned it off put on mnf instead. Its a game I don't give a shit about but more interesting than watching another cleveland team get their asses kicked.

True...actually better at this point for my Packers for the Bears to win, which just sucks, even more than the Bears ;)

Go Caps!

*scooting back into the room after the unexpected visitors finally leave*

Thankee... sorry, my daughter came in with her best friend and her mother... I've never been able to get away with less than a 90 minute chat.

Oh good... cuz I was so worried. ;)

Now I'm trying to figure out what's happening for the rest of the week since the long weekend has me all turned around.

Lol, not the Bahama Mama I had in mind, but how awesome for you! Sadly I didn't get to take a vacation this year. Too much life crap, although I have been able to take some long weekends which has been nice.

Might be planning on trip to England / Ireland / Scotland next year with my sis-in-law.

If you can, get to Scotland! It's an amazing place, and I may be able to give you pointers on where to go :D

Heh, will keep you posted. Have a good friend who's a British ex-pat who said he'd hook me up with ins and outs of England. Now I just need to find someone who knows Ireland and I'm all set.

I loved Edinborough, and I'm more of a country boy than city. So much to do and so much history! The Royal Mile was great.

Don't consider myself a city girl, although I do like my creature comforts. ;)

Yeah, me too....I grew up on 100 acres of land, so I definitely started out all country...city is OK to a point, and I do like my creature comforts as well :D

The closest I got to 100 acres is when I visited my great aunt in upper state NY... and then that was mostly forest.

Being as short as I am, I get very people claustrophobic, which is why city living isn't for me.

Oh lord, now I have Green Acres in my head....

*chuckles*

Yeah, I hear you on the peopling...I was in Madison this past weekend and went to a club to people-watch...it was a gay bar, Halloween themed...lots and lots of interesting people, and some damn cool costumes. But all I could really handle was 2 hours, after that, nope, fresh air is needed, I'm done.

I didn't....did not realize it was going to be totally Halloween-themed until I got there unfortunately...there was a general Leather and Lace theme going on that I was aware of, so I had on my leather coat and pants, but other than that, nope.

Um.... just to help with the mental image forming... are the leather jacket / pants from riding a motorcycle or something else? :D
