Have you ever had someone who cares so much about you that they would do something they were trying not to, just because they knew it will make you smile? That’s what the 6-letter word did for me. It was just such a gesture (and a kinda big one at that).

And so, for those of you who don’t get to see that smile as much as the one who made the gesture, I give you a glimpse now as a consolation.

The cupcake in my musing above was almost as dense as a brownie, but not quite. And I should have gotten a frosting pint to go so I could eat it on the train ride home, but I didn’t want to seem... I don’t know... gluttonous? In front of Him. So silly!

I like my smile more than I used to. I thought for a long time that I looked goofy when I smiled, but now I know that look is just... me. And I like me.

Speaking of orgasm denial, that is what my brain is experiencing right now. All this build up and no satisfaction. I never get the climax of seeing this elusive and obscure word? Of knowing if it was one of the ones that I left out? If it is one that I have never seen before, of discovering it’s meaning? My cerebral cortex is trembling with need.

I was discussing with Him about how anyone could ever guess it and we came to the conclusion that no one could without an unhealthy amount of knowledge and sleuthing, so don’t feel bad. I watched my husband and his best friend play through both of these, as yours is usually the case for me too with FPSs and I can watch but not play. I usually watch video gaming unless it is Nintendo, a story-lead game (I loved Detroit: Become Human), or Atari. I bought myself an Atari and games about 8 years ago and I love it.

I usually watch video gaming unless it is Nintendo, a story-lead game (I loved Detroit: Become Human), or Atari. I bought myself an Atari and games about 8 years ago and I love it.

The Portal games are the ones that get me. Most others I’m fine with. Back in October I bought myself an NES Classic and have been playing the first two Zelda games, and Mario 3. They’re still really fun even after all these years.
