Loved, Loved, Loved the drive-in
This generation is missing out on some great experiences!
Yeah, I've read stories and seen movies, but the nearest one is like 100 miles from me...

According to this site, there are more than 300 left in the U.S. https://www.driveinmovie.com/united-statesHaven't been to a drive in in years, not sure if any are even left. For sure tho they were a lot of fun when we'd go even if we didn't see much of the films.
Probably harder to find an adult theater than a drive in now.Drive-Ins were a go to in my youth. That and 70s cars with big front bench seats. Today, all I can think of is Paul Reubens/Pee Wee Herman getting busted in an adult theater for doing something almost everyone else in the theater was probably doing.
Is that really so far to participate in a cherished practice at least once in a lifetime, said he who lives 15 (and all highway) from one?Yeah, I've read stories and seen movies, but the nearest one is like 100 miles from me...
My comment in the Disturbing movies thread brought this question to mind.
Have you ever fooled around in a movie theater?
Back in the day it was very common to use the back row of the theater, kissing, groping and more.
I used to take girls to one particular theater because the right hand side of the top row only had three seats kind of tucked away next to the projection booth.
I didn't care what was playing I just wanted to have a bit of public privacy.
Then of course there was the drive in theater, lots of steamed up windows.
Like you mentioned back in the day it was pretty common here as well. Back and top rows where people often didn't look and if things got hot and it needed to progress they had a side lot where generally only people seeking privacy tended to park.My comment in the Disturbing movies thread brought this question to mind.
