My comment in the Disturbing movies thread brought this question to mind.
Have you ever fooled around in a movie theater?
Back in the day it was very common to use the back row of the theater, kissing, groping and more.
I used to take girls to one particular theater because the right hand side of the top row only had three seats kind of tucked away next to the projection booth.
I didn't care what was playing I just wanted to have a bit of public privacy.
Then of course there was the drive in theater, lots of steamed up windows.
What ?? there were movies? I thought it was just a ton of bumps and a snack barI don’t really think I’ve ever watched the movie.
Me too!I wrote a story about this.

Had a lot of fun in movies during teen years and in college.[ material prohibited per our forum guidelines]
I think fun in a theater was like a right of passage for teens and still is today and probably has been since movie theaters existed. Finding that dark corner was a challenge sometimes but the proper clothes helped hide some of what was going on. We've seen a lot of the less popular films too, less crowded and matinees the. same. Then again were we really there for the popcorn, soda and film.Had a lot of fun in movies during teen years and in college.
Surely we were not there for the popcorn, soda or film!I think fun in a theater was like a right of passage for teens and still is today and probably has been since movie theaters existed. To this day we like to relive those days, no popcorn candy but a soda with something to mix in it is a lot of fun.Surely we were not there for the popcorn, soda or film!
No doubt, the wrap around skirt or loose sundress works too.I think maybe it's why trench coats and Afghan coats were popular.
Like you mentioned it was the go to thing back in the day when you wanted something different than in the car. It is still a fun option when not too many people or some fun and innocent public play.My comment in the Disturbing movies thread brought this question to mind.
