Finally caught up on my thread (and woefully behind on others). Someone asked me why I hadn't posted. I told her. I've been playing house. Getting settled into my new place. Unpacking. Buying those things you simply don't move. Replacing the things in the new place you don't like. It's still a work in progress but I did get the all the soft white lightbulbs replaced with daylight bulbs. So no more vampire worries and better lighting for pictures. See...

That's even the selfie camera! Still not a big fan but good to know it'll work in a pinch. Or a grope. Not sure about a bite.

I'll remain scarce until after the New Year then I'll be back, trying to shed the holiday weight and get sexy again.

I went there because I couldn't find anything I liked at Bed, Bath and Beyond (aka The Divorced Men's store because it's one stop shopping for the men setting up their new apartments). Door knobs are not always a bad thing. They allow us to close the door on the past and open a new door on our future. With three doors you get an added surprise. What could be waiting for you on the other side? I have an idea it could be a good thing if you open your eyes and see it.

What's wrong with door knobs?

Nothing from my point of view Lizzie. Many men use them to hang ties as "Don't come in" indicators. But one lady I know seems to have a door knob obsession. She seems to feel they ruin pictures so I did my best to keep them out of the frame.

Sorry to disappoint you Ms G. I don't have a shower door anymore. That was the old house that I sold in November. The new place just has a curtain. Of course it can still be left open but them I'm more like a Naughty Wizard of Oz. Oh I'll mind the lighting! It took me 3 trips to the DIY store to get all the right bulbs and I still had to get rid of my touch 3-way lamp.

After reading your comment Omega I realize the uploading downgraded the image quality to the point where it was hard to see the water droplets. The I realized it had been forever since I added a door. So I did the latter to fix the former. Since the door only leads to a bigger copy of the posted picture and not a picture of my shady goods I made the password easy and added a title as a hint.
