One of the British officers was named Colonel Geoffrey Pine Coffin. I don't think he inspired many soldiers mounting an invasion unlike anything tried before with a name like that.

The travel has been put off until autumn. Too damn hot in the midsection of the world this time of year. I'm disappointed, but it will be better in the long run. An around the world trip when your're sweating most of the time is less than ideal.

The name that hasn't yet been posted yet has the same effect as saying "Rumplestiltskin" - it stops everything.

Wise decision to wait to travel. One of the reasons for my beard is to cover skin damage from too much tropical sun. If it is you in your avs your skin looks as if it should be protected from too much sticky heat.

But you can't sweat. Horses sweat, gentlemen perspire, ladies only glow.

According to the book wherefrom I got these, Mr Kunt was a Turiksh Military Attache at some embassy. It was quite common for other military people to write to him in his official capacity, just to obtain an answer on official stationery signed by Mr Kunt. Suitable for framing, I expect.
