Actually, I think women may be more interested in the natural vs. augmented perception. As a long time gym member, I hear the talk about whether so and so has had a boob job. And in addition as to whether it was a good one. And it's the chicks not the guys who are questioning.

It's said that all is fair in love and war. Seems to be quite a few women who are not going to be outdone when it comes to the boob department. Maybe it makes sense in some way.
