Uhm.... why did I vote in this one...? :D Have nothing with navels. Strange word too. Although..... it's a nice measurement point.... for women..... to measure.... you know? ;)

Although on reflection, if we were to have an outpouring of inner outies coming out from being in, would we then have to suffer intolerable outrage at an insane outpouring of navel size threads. "Is my outie big enough?"

Then would the psychiatrists name a new syndrome "outie envy"?

If so, would it be accurate to say that it mostly affected the innie crowd?

Strange this should come up tonight

I just saw an ad for women's underwear and noticed that one model had an outie! I don't think many models do.
The one next to her had a vertical slit innie. (My fav)

OK, Where's the pics?

HERE.

OK, wait a second...at the time of this writing there've been 37 votes. not a single person who voted has an outie. i find that more than a bit surprising.

Has anyone mentioned that you can choose an innie or an outie when you have a baby?

Or so I've heard.

i imagine it's about where they cut the umbilical cord, but not being a OB-GYN, couldn't say.

how do they do that? give the cord a good yank first?
I think it has to do with how they tie it off... If they tie it tight, you wind up with an innie... If they tie it loose, you wind up with an outie.

At least that's what I heard somewhere years ago... *shrugs*

I'm not entirely sure...But my best friend, who wants to become an OB-GYN told me that you can choose.

She also said that outies tended to be mistakes.
