I haven't done panty liners but I have done the feminine deodorant and perfume along with jewelry etc. to get the total experience of being feminine.

Panty liners help soak up that nasty seepage. As to the last part, you can't do that until you can have a period and give birth.

Otherwise, it's all decoration and pretend.
