If there's absolutely no passion, you don't share a bed, and you don't love her (in a romantic way, I'm assuming), do you think anything's going to spice it up and get what you used to have back? I hate to say that, and am usually pretty optimistic, but a couple has to have a solid foundation and both put in a ton of effort to turn it around.
