I sincerely believe that the pobo can survive the absence of moderation for a bit. I hope 'dora chooses to keep the job. She has been consistent in her judgements, the encouragement she offers on a myriad of topics is well-placed, and her inner referree is there on time to keep everyone out of a fight. Her's is the presence I have seen most often when I surf through the posts and I'm happy that someone is here.

There are others that can also fill moderator's shoes and if our mods do decide to relinquish their appointments and retire, we will always have someone to keep us poets focussed and on topic.
