You really shouldn't talk about their fourth child like that. She can't help if she's a bit homely ;)

The exception is the one that proves the rule, right? I know one who grew up to find a home online at a....gasp!.....porn site and discussion board!

I think it's the parenting. My parents didn't edit any of my music listening and we all know how I turned out  . I got a kick out of myself having to burn a 'clean' version of a Jimmy Buffett CD for my six year old; just didn't want to explain Why Don't we get Drunk and Screw....

Until I was in, oh, maybe 7th grade, I had no idea there was any music other than the Eastern European folk music my parents played...maybe that's why I was a virgin until 20...hmm...and still ended up on the porn site! :D

It could certainly have been worse. You could have grown up with a steady diet of bubble gum music like Tommy James and the Shondells - though some of their lyrics were certainly suggestive (think, "I Think We're Alone Now").

And let's not forget AC/DC's "Big Balls." No inuendo there.... "It's my belief that my big balls should be held every night." Or Whitesnake: Slide It In. Or Bullet Boys: Smooth Up (In You) . Or Babylon AD: Psychedelic Sex Reaction. Or Warrant: Cherry Pie.... Or... Or...
