Do it with straight barbells, not circular ones. The rings get caught every time you take your shirt off. It's a commitment, but not a big deal if you're into it. When you take them out, your nipples don't go back to normal right away, but they eventually do. I'll probably do mine again, but not with rings. That was a mistake.
